Meghan is passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families working through challenges and concerns. Through a trauma-informed and systems approach, Meghan utilizes modalities based on client need to help clients connect more deeply with their healthiest Self. In her free time, Meghan enjoys engaging in many forms of self care by engaging in anything creative and artistic and spending time with her family and the best cat she’s ever had, Kevin.</image:caption>
